In this division, Competitors should display visibly developed muscle mass in the glutes, hamstrings, quads, and calves with a more developed upper body than Bikini. Competitors will be judged in a two-piece bikini, and high heels. Judging will be in 2 parts: Individual posing routine, and a comparisons round.

Each competitor will be judged in these categories:
Symmetry & Proportional Balance

Distinct Muscular Development
Muscle development that is well defined and visibly full:

Presentations
PREJUDGING
Individual Posing Routine
- Each competitor will walk to center stage and perform a 20-sec individual posing routine
Mandatory Quarter-turn Poses
After each competitor completes their individual posing routine, Judges will call competitors to line up and move around center stage, and perform these Mandatory poses:
- Front Pose- One hand on hip, other arm relaxed to the side, both feet facing forward
- Side Pose- One hand on hip, other arm relaxed to the side, both feet facing side of stage
- Back Pose- Both hands on front of legs, both feet facing back of stage
* You will be asked to move your hair, so judges can see back development
- Walks- Judges will ask competitors to walk down and up stage to see conditioning and muscle development
Finals
- Each competitor will pick their favorite pose and lineup on stage
- Judges will be finalizing their top winners
Classes
- Classes will be divided after the final weigh-in & Height measurements at Check-ins
- Classes will be posted backstage morning of the show
Check-ins
- Your Height will be measured at check-ins
- Have photo ID ready at the time of check-in
What to Wear
- Bikini- Suit can be any color, pattern or style
- Heels- Can be clear, or colored
- Number- Please wear number on favorite hip side that faces the judges
Backstage
- Backstage passes will be sold for entry for Coaches and Videographers at Athlete Check-ins
- Competitors, Staff, Coaches, & Videographers are ONLY permitted backstage and in the competitor area
- After the pump-up, Coaches & Videographers are not allowed in the final line-up area
- Competitors do not have to stay backstage the entire time of the show.
Overall Competition
Competitors that win FIRST place will stay for the Overall round to compete for the Overall Title.
Qualifying Shows Info
- Top 5 in each height class will qualify for the championship show
- The qualification for the Championship Show is good for the qualifying year, and the next competition year
